A leaky faucet or old toilet can waste a lot of time and energy for any residence. I replace toilets, leaky faucets or can provide upgrades to any bathroom that you are needing. Clogs? It’s a dirty job,  but I’m always ready to do it.

 

Flooring

Electrical

SWITCHES, DIMMERs, recessed lighting

Small electrical projects like installing ceiling fans or light dimmers are no problem for me. Do you have a chandelier or ceiling fan thats over 16ft High and you need it upgraded? The right dimmer can not only set the mood, but save you money. Are you wanting to upgrade to recessed lighting?
